This camp is designed for intermediate to advanced level pitchers between the ages of 9-12. We will focus on game time approach and mechanical adjustments that lead to consistency, effeciency and velocity. The camp will also introduce high-level conditioning exercises to help develop athleticism and explosiveness for future programs.
