6 Week Spring Training Camp

Intermediate (ages 11-13)

Winter 2015

When: Dec-Jan (Dec 1st, 8th, 15th, 21st, Jan 5th, 12th)
Time: Tuesday 6:30
Field Days/Times will be December 13th, 20th, Jan 10th, 17th 3:00 pm
Where: Hardball Academy-Friendswood/Pearland and Deats Road Field (Dickinson)
Ages: 11-13
Cost: $350
Limit: 15 players
This Camp is designed to prepare players for the upcoming season. The Camp will focus on skill specific training. Hitting, fielding, throwing, base running, sliding, bunting, are some of the skills that will be covered. We will also include agility/athleticism, speed/strength work in all practices. Players will be broken up into positions and taught the finer points of playing those specific positions….. This Camp will be conducted by a advanced level instructors (Coach Beard, Cathcart, Johnson, Bolt) Hardball Academy. Sign up today camp space is limited!
C- blocking, receiving, throwing, pop ups, footwork, relays, blocking the plate, communication
1B- positioning for all situations, bag work, relays, bunt coverage, foul balls, digs, double plays, etc
2B/SS- bag work, double plays, pop ups, relays, double cuts, angles positioning for all situations, pop up communication with IF/OF
3B-positioning for all situations, relays, pop ups, foul pop ups, pop up communication, slow rollers, double plays, etc
OF- fly ball communication, angles, misplayed fly balls, line drives, sun balls, working the fence, etc
P- PFP’s (covering first with different angles, double plays, backing up bases, but coverage’s, pick offs)

Likewise, any facilities used by Hardball will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries.
