Hardball Spring Tryouts

Hardball Academy will be holding Spring tryouts for our 14U and 13U teams.  Tryouts will be January 28nd @3200 Deats Rd, Dickinson

Time: 1pm

14U will be looking to add top level players to an already very good group.  This team is the foundation for our young 16U showcase team next summer.  Head Coach will be Josh Cathcart who has propelled our current 16U team into the national picture with a berth at the Perfect Game Super 25 National Championships this past summer.  Focusing on development, team concept, and high level baseball thinking Coach Cathcart has proven himself as one of the best instructors for this age group in Southeast Houston and surrounding areas.

13U will also be looking to add players to our 13U elite team which has a very good core group as well.  Head Coach is Cameron Johnson, who brings an energy and understanding of the finer points of the game that is unmatched in the area.  As a college catcher at Lamar University and a Houston area standout in his high school playing days, Coach Johnson knows the game inside and out, and relates to the young players very well; demanding their best but understanding the age.

If you are looking to find top notch instruction, and a plan for your son to follow for the next 4-5 years, look no further than Hardball Academy.

Priority #1- Development of talent

Priority #2- Play Varsity ball as an underclassman

Priority #3- Educate players and parents about the college recruiting process and outline a plan to achieve the goal of playing baseball after high school
