Hardball Elite Athletes must have official approval from Coach Beard to miss any team practices or games. Please fill out and submit form at least 2 weeks prior to absence date.

Coach Beard will get back to you within a week via e-mail. If your request is denied, the player must be at practice or game. Failure to do so may result in removal of the player from the team.
