6 Week Batspeed Hitting Camp

When: intermediate Tue & Thur (Starts June 18th)
Advanced Monday & Wed (Starts June 17th)

Ages: Intermediate 10-14 Advanced: High School
Cost: $250
Limited Spots: 10 per class
This specialty camp is designed to help create bat/ball exit speed. Students will participate in functional exercise that promotes strength, explosiveness, and range of motion. Likewise, students will learn how to use their bodies to create efficient movements, momentum, and energy through effective movement patterns(mechanics). Stop hitting weak ground balls! When you create exit speed your batting average goes up!!!!!
